Galliano:

John Galliano færðu okkur aftur í tímann, til tíma þöglu myndanna. Charlie Chaplin look-a-like hóf sýninguna þar sem Galliano sýndi okkur fallega sérsniðna jakka og buxur í grá tóna litum en einnig stuttbuxur, hlýraboli og sundföt í djörfum munstrum. Þetta er algjörlega uppáhalds línan mín og hefði ég gefið mikið fyrir að hafa verið stödd þarna!

John Galliano brought us back in time, to the era of the silent films. A Charlie Chaplin look-a-like started the show where Galliano showed us some beautiful tailored jackets and trousers in a grey palette but he also gave us shorts, tanks and swimwear in bold patterns. This is definitely my favourite collection and I would've given everything to have been there!

Dior Homme:

Dior notaðist við mikið af svörtu og hvítu og aðsniðnum flíkum úr léttum efnum.

Dior used a lot of black and white's and tailored items in lightweight fabrics.

Hermés:
Hermés notaði ljósa og ferska liti og mér fannst jakkarnir alveg standa uppúr, vel sniðnir og klassískir.

Hermés used light and fresh colors and I thought the jackets really stood out, they were well fitted and classic.

Paul Smith:
Vor/Sumar línan hjá Paul Smith var undir miklum áhrifum frá Led Zeppelin. Sýningin var mjög rokkuð, módelin voru í þröngum buxum, biker jökkum, silki skyrtum og víðum jökkum.

Paul Smith's main influence was Led Zeppelin. The show was very rock and roll, the models wore slim-fit pants, biker jackets, silk shirts and slouchy jackets.

Lanvin:
Hjá Lanvin fengum við að sjá mikið af íþróttalegum fötum, þröngir bolir, hjólabuxur og leggings.

At Lanvin we got to see lots of sports-inspired clothes, fitted tops, biker shorts and leggings.

Fann þessa skyrtu í fataskápnum mínum í morgun. Keypti hana í vor og hef aldrei notað hana, síðan hefur hún bara hangið uppí skáp alveg gleymd. Hún fer líka mjög vel við nýja klossana mína sem ég fékk í fyrradag. Var að gramsa inná lager þar sem ég vinn og datt niðrá þessa, eitt par eftir í mínu númeri og ég var ekki lengi að tileinka mér þá! Þeir eru vel háir en ótrúlega þægilegir þrátt fyrir það. Love!
Karla tískuvikan fyrir vor/sumar 2011 hófst í París í vikunni. Það sem ég hef séð so far stendur sko alveg undir væntingum. En ég ætla að blogga ítarlega um uppáhalds línurnar mínar næstu daga! Ég myndi sko ekki hata það að vera stödd í París núna.. kannski einhverndaginn þegar maður er orðinn heimsfrægur tískubloggari, þá verður manni boðið á fashion week.. haha ég held í vonina!

I found this shirt in my closet this morning. I bought it last spring and I've never worn it, so it has just been hanging in my closet totally forgotten. It also goes great with my new clogs that I got the other day. I was rummaging through some old stuff in the stock room where I work and I found these babies just laying around, one pair left in my size.. I had to take that as a sign and buy them! Even though they're quite high, they're still really comfortable. Love!
So the Paris menswear fashion week for spring/summer 2011 started this week. I'm really loving what I've seen so far. I will be blogging about my favourite collections in the next few days! I would definitely not hate to be in Paris right now.. maybe someday, when I'm a world famous fashion blogger, I'll get invited to Paris fashion week.. haha a girl can dream!

H&M july lookbook

Ég er svo að elska H&M lookbookið fyrir júlí! Uppáhalds flíkurnar mínar eru Alexander McQueen inspired buxurnar og kjóllinn, leður vestið og kattar toppurinn. Hefði líka ekkert á móti því að eiga nude jakkann og skyrtuna. Ég mun sjálfsagt fjárfesta í einhverju af þessu ef ég þekki sjálfa mig rétt hehe
H&M klikkar aldrei!

I'm so loving the H&M july lookbook! My favourite items are the Alexander McQueen inspired pants and dress, the leather vest and the cat top. Would also love to have the nude jacket and that shirt. I'll definitely be investing in some of those items. You can't go wrong with H&M!
